    I am glad you are all o.k. and so grateful that you are helping
    to take care of the displaced horses. We all know what can happen

    Hi,
    I’m not surprised at your comment about DART. Anything that is a government agency always has red tape. I’m glad you folks are doing so much for the animals. I’m captain of the Mn. Horse Council Disaster Response Team and we rely on volunteers, who are mostly strangers, pop out of the woodwork to help our communities. I’m the MnVOAD secretary for our state VOAD. Interesting being the only large animal group in the bunch. We’ve been helping Mn. since 1997’s Northern Mn. flood of the century in Grand Rapids, Mn. You can email me anytime.
